Narrator’s

The narrator’s make such a difference in the story. I felt the narrator’s were a little flat, not as expressive as they should have been. Desiree was a little nasal at times. I actually fell asleep for 10 chapter’s. I love book’s on tape, but this narration was disappointing and monotonous which made the story at time’s boring.

Perfection!

Only one word for this one, PERFECTION!!!!
I read a part on this one in an email and knew I wanted to read it and I was not disappointed. This story has everything I love to make a story great. It is filled with fun, laughter, pain, suspense, intrigue, flirting, a sexy alpha male, a strong independent woman, and the cutest little boy to tie everything together.
Trent is a man who thinks he is past forgiveness, the only good in his life is his son and his brothers. When Eden shows up at his club looking for a job, he knew right away that she is too good for the job and him. But there is something about her that calls to him, the sparks fly between them.
Eden Murphy never thought she would walk into a club looking for a job but when things threatened her father's church and her job, she knew she would do whatever she needed to do.
It is funny to me how these two meet after her job interview, you know what I mean if you have read it and if not you need to read this one.
Author A.L. Jackson had definitely hit this one way out of the ballpark. I can not wait for the brother's stories. I listened to the audio version and loved both narrators, Connor Crais, Desiree Ketchum.

OMG I'm so in love with this story it had me laughing,crying and sent chills through my body.

Couldn’t get enough

I wanted a single dad story and this one exceeded expectations. It gripped me like I couldn’t believe. As soon as Trent met Eden that first time I was hooked. They were complete opposites but Eden proved it wasn’t just chemistry between them and fought for Trent over and over even when it would have been easy not to. I just loved everything about this book the loyalty all the characters felt to the others in their lives, the suspenseful moments added in, Trent with Gage was just heart melting, and everything else that rounded this out to make me not be able to put this book down. I just couldn’t get enough.

The narration was on point. Conner Crais and Desiree Ketchum kept me entranced while listening and were perfect for Trent and Eden’s
