Publisher's Summary

From the moment she saw Shawn Scarlett perform at a school talent show, Kit Larson has loved two things: the guitar and the gorgeous, green-eyed boy who inspired her to play. But one careless night in high school shatters her hope of ever being more than a notch on his bedpost.

Six years, two bands, and one mostly mended heart later, Kit’s about to make her rock-star dreams a reality as the new guitarist for Shawn’s band, The Last Ones to Know. He may not remember their reckless night together, but Kit has never forgotten...and she’s determined to make him eat his heart out.

The release of their new album means a month cooped up on a tour bus, sleeping inches away from the ridiculously sexy musician she’s never quite gotten over. And as Kit gets to know the real Shawn—not Shawn Scarlett, the rock god, the player—their attraction becomes too hot to resist. But the past is paved with secrets, and when they finally surface, Kit could lose everything: the band, the music, her dreams...and Shawn.

Love Jamie Shaw ... this book is no exception.

This book is not a literary work that will be passed down through the ages. However, it is enjoyable, angst filled and has a HEA. I found it entertaining enough to keep me interested. I do like to listen to YA stories from time to time to break up the monotony of something deeper or darker. I think most will find it cute, enjoyable and interesting enough to give it good marks. I found it to be credit or sale worthy.

CHAOS Rocks!

What a great story! Kit & Shawn are such a likable couple. It has been a real treat to see how the characters have evolved throughout this series. Really enjoyed it.

Insane woman, why would you date her?

The narrator does an awesome job but really, she can only do so much with a nearly irredeemable character.

Kit is nuts. She's back alley bonkers constantly mad over nothing and forcing people away.

Why in God's name Shawn would ever want to be with her is beyond me. I don't think she deserves to be with anyone, not until she gets some serious therapy.

Great book. Terrible main character.

Loved it!

I absolutely loved the rock star romance between Kit and Shawn. CHAOS is sexy, sweet, and incredibly funny! Khristine Hvam's narration had the perfect blend of a kick-butt rock star and vulnerability that bought to life the characters. I just loved it!

couldn't stop laughing. ended too soon!

love Kits attitude, the no hold bar way she is about her music. also loved she caught her girly side, cause I can relate. to boys are always fun and no how to be one of the guys when they really aren't! I wish these people existed for real, cause the more I read in this series, the more I get addicted to the characters. love love love Adam and Joel and it was nice to get to know Shawn and Mike better. great listen, just try to hold your laughter in

URGH!! Took forever for someone to point out....

Any additional comments?

...the hypocrisy that was bugging me thru out the entire book!! But since it was finally pointed out, I wasn't upset that I had used a credit for this book. Other than that one thing nagging me, I liked the book and the narration!

It was good!

What did you love best about Chaos?

I like the storyline, it was a cute love story.

What did you like best about this story?

I liked how Jamie, combined the other characters story in this book. How they all link together.

What does Khristine Hvam and Andy Paris bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Khristine did an amazing job in capturing all the characters. Andy was at the end, not sure why.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, it was arranged perfectly.

Really Enjoyed This One

Have waited for Shawn's story since book 1 with him being Adam's BFF. **Little Spolier Alert** I was torn during most the book the way that Kit was so angry with Shawn for not remembering her in high school or their hook up, yet when she realizes he does remember and never said anything she goes all crazy on him and blows up yet she never acknowledged the prior hook up either. Seemed pretty hypocritical to me, but as usual dear old Leddy saves the day and points out to her all her hypocrisy so she sees her fault in the situation as well. Like the first 2 books, this one is 95% narrated by the female narrator which I think did a good job (I had never listened to her before). The male narrator only did the epilogue.
