good for a few mixes
I felt like the book was pretty scattered and didn't really explain HOW the essential oils would help. there weren't situational examples but there were plenty of PC statements for compliance.

Not What The Title Suggests
It just tells you how good essential oils are. Duh! We knew that. There is nothing specific, so don’t expect to get help as to which essential oils help you lode we. You need to rely on your intuition in which case you don’t need this book. Waste of time.

only about 5 mins of this audio book is about weight loss, and explanation of how aromatherapy approaches weight loss (you would thnk the book should start with that!) is totally missing.
