Took me a while to finish, but enjoyed the overall information and topics of the book.

This book gave me the permission I needed to love myself and find my sexuality.

Men need this book as much as women do. Period.

My wife turned me on to this book a month ago and I just finished reading it for the second time. It has impacted me as a man more deeply than any book in recent memory. The chapters on Desire, Permission, and Play woke up parts within me that at age 44 and a 20+ year marriage had been wilting. This content gave me the courage to have hard but important conversations with my wife and it has shifted our trajectory and brought us into more alignment than ever before. This book met a deep need within me that was truly healing and surprising in so many ways. The world needs more women (and men) to rise up and have the courage to put this content into practice. The suppressed emotions and resentment that come out sideways from ignoring our inner erotic world are at the root of so much of the toxicity in our culture. This comprehensive body of work is such a key part of the solution. Thank you Amy. You’ve positively impacted my life in ways that I’m only just starting to wrap my head around and I’m so excited for what the future holds!

EMPOWERING, INSIGHTFUL, AND LIFE-CHANGING!!

This book has given me so much insight into my own sexuality and why I am the way that I am. Not only is the material of the book very relevant and inspiring, but the way that Amy reads helps to get the messages across in a way that's easy to absorb. It's almost like she's just having a conversation with you and keeps it engaging. You can tell that she believes in her work and is passionate about what she does. This book has helped me to open up more with myself and my partner, to tap into my feminine essence and to be proud of who I am. She even provides exercises throughout the book to help you to connect with yourself in order to do the healing work. I recommend this to everyone out there who wants to feel empowered about themselves, their body, their sexuality, and to have a better understanding of themselves which will translate to living a fully authentic and passionate life.

I bought this book as a gift for a very dear friend after meeting the author through another friend of mine. As is my habit, I like to know what I'm gifting a friend, so I read to book for myself first before I gave it to her. There are no words in the value I have found in this book for myself as a man relating with women and even on relating with myself. Love and power start from within. Get this book!

I loved this book. It opened my eyes to a lot of the things that I have been feeling but didn't realize were holding me back. I now know that I actually desire a true adult sex education and have been given the beginning of the roadmap to discover the things I really want in my life in general and in sex. I highly recommend this book to anyone.

as a side note. I also love that she reads her own book but has another voice as the case studies she adds.
