Publisher's summary

In Brick & Storm's Hood Misfits series, the motto is ENGA: Every nigga got an agenda, and in this tale, things are no different. Everyone has a secret.

What do you do when your work is used against you? This is a question that Auto, leader of the Eraserheads, faces when an unforeseen and dangerous situation wreaks havoc on everything he's built. It's up to him and his right hand, Code, along with their team of expert car thieves to figure out who's behind the attacks on their livelihood. When a crafty con woman named Smiley and a mysterious businessman named Boots step onto the scene, every player becomes a pawn in a war that is taking over the Trap.

Experience the behind-the-scenes world of illegal racketeering, identity theft, and more in another Hood Misfits tale that will turn the very meaning of ENGA upside down. Step into the life of an Eraserhead.

No differentiation between character’s voices

There was little to no differentiation between the character’s voices making it a little difficult to follow at times

good story, bad narration

I enjoyed the story it was pretty good but following the narration was tough. You have to really pay attention to who's who with the characters because the narrator doesn't change his voice at all.

Love the crazy Orlando's

The book was good. I wish you guys would write a book about the Orlando family. Instead of putting them in different stories. Just write about how Papa Orlando became the Boss he is. Back to this book, it was good.

Love those Eraserheads

Brick and Storm has done an outstanding job connecting all the books and characters in the hood misfits series. I just wish it would have been atleast one female narrator. Can’t wait to see how Boots and Otto work together to bring down Don Orlando.

Great story but...

I almost gave up on this book because of the narration! I’m glad I didn’t. it is a great story line. The narrator has a great voice but, each chapter is from a different perspective, both male and female they needed different narrators. If they did this the book would have been perfect. Next time I guess I would have to actually read the book.

Love the story..Kind of hate the Narrator

Ok, hate is a strong word. BUT...The narrator used the same voice for EVERY character (male or female). He has a nice and raspy voice that would make you swear you were listening to Ester Rolle in Beyonce's body the way the characters are described physically. Be prepared to work out the characters in your mind in preparation for the narration because he does not make them easy to differentiate. Disclaimer: I only marginally like the authors overall but the story was decent.
