Hit or miss chapters
There are a few good and creepy stories in this book. Unfortunately, they get mixed in with stories about people who lose things and then find them later on, fairies, and stories that are so ridiculous there is no way they are remotely true. I also found it pretty tasteless to bring up 9/11 by saying demons were there, etc.
The narration is decent. Some of the voices he uses can be grating though.
Overall, not as good as any of the Warren books.

Disappointing
It is a collection of stories that maybe due to the over the top narration seem pretty “out there”. I have an open mind and do not prefer to discount other peoples experiences, but this book was painful to listen too. I got almost all the way through and can say my mind wandered during most of it.

Narrator makes it truly goofy
Not too bad all in all if you can take the sheer goofiness of the narration. He has a good voice.
But his reading makes anything creepy into: “DUN-DUN-DUUUUUUHHH”!!!!!
lol.
