Good Overview

I received a review copy of this audiobook.

In my opinion, this is primarily an eagle-eye view of C.B.T. with occasional zooming in to clearly see techniques. It is not a step-by-step how to book, but does a good job introducing the material. I even was able to put some of its exercises into practice while listening! I recommend this book to people who are considering beginning a course of C.B.T or just curious about what it is.
