a little odd

I've read better books. Not entirely sure how the various topics fit together, thought it was a bit sexist and heteronormative, and definitely didn't get the reason for the sex ed lesson.

I don't know if this is CBT, or for men.

the first chapter is about self help book. the second is about how to get a guy by changing self image. then, untill chapter 4, it seems like what herbs to take for changes in mindset. The rest is variable stats on stress. voice actor takes breaks between sentences and changes in emphasis between them although still seems monotoned.

I lost interest within 10 minutes. Thanks for the sex ed talk off the bat that no one asked for.

Questionable

I’m uncertain how the first chapters correspond with the book's title. It sounds more like a dating book and self-help rather than a book of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I'm a bit disappointed.
