The guests range from super celebs (Jamie Foxx, Arnold Schwarzenegger, etc.) and athletes (icons of powerlifting, gymnastics, surfing, etc.) to legendary Special Operations commanders and black-market biochemists. For most of my guests, it’s the first time they’ve agreed to a two-to-three-hour interview.

Sounds like a school paper
This is a fairly comprehensive summary of the uses and benefits of coconut oil, but it felt like a research paper written by a student. I wouldn’t necessarily trust this book without seeing the sources. The book switched from using colloquial language and sentence structures to using formal research language, which was often jarring.
The narration was clear, with a little bit of background static but it didn’t detract from the book.
This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review.

Good if true
If true, these grand claims of coconut oil are wonderful. However, I have no reason to believe that this tiny book by an unknown has any basis. I'm not saying it doesn't -- just that I don't know and with great claims, the burden of proof is on them and has not yet been provided.
Aside from that, the words were very flat. Even though the narrator clearly did what she could, it's hard to make this flat writing interesting.
That said, at least by these claims, coconut oil appears to have immense benefits and a variety of applications. If nothing else, it's compelled me to want to know more about it.
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
