On How to Get Rich Quick

Would you try another book from Jim F. Kukral and/or Walter Dixon?

No.

This is roughly my 30th download and my first review.

Cattle farmers don't paint their cows purple, but the author of this book would seem to suggest that they should. (See Seth Godin's Purple Cow.) Unlike the author of this book, I believe that the purpleness of the cow (the mojo of the product) is rooted in the product's value proposition, not in its superficial promotion.

I recently read Lean Start Up, Delivering Happiness, and Flow. Those books reflect what I believe business is about, which is creating value intelligently and with high integrity. Those authors are intelligent and mature, and they have clear ideas that are sufficiently novel.

This book is about creating hype without regard to creating value. And the tone is repulsive.

this book is a nothing but a bunch of advertisement for other products and services big waste of time nothing useful.

States the obvious

I didn't get much out of this book. Hard to listen to. Took forever to get his point across - and many of them were stating the obvious.

This book annoyed the hell out of me

I am in the middle of the book, got so frustrated that I had to stop everything and go here just to say: OMG!!! and ahaaaaaaaa!
during the 1st half of the book this guy is trying to convince me that its a good idea to start an online business and try to motivate me to do so.
1st thing - its repetitive and we are not moving forward at all! so annoying!
2nd thing - I already have a website online, it's new and I am in the stage of marketing so I picked this book up because the summery makes it look like a practical book. not a motivational one!

I don't know if I can make it to hear the other half and see if its gets any better.

the only good thing about this books is that its got some interesting mini stories here and there. but it's not enough to make me want to waste mt time any longer.
