Publisher's summary

Agile is proving useful even to those outside the software development industry as it enables the readers to observe and analyze their circumstances and then determine the suitable approach. It discusses at length how Agile project management principles and practices empower project managers to adapt to and manage effectively a new kind of innovative product development.

This book will be useful to those Agile beginners who want a better understanding of what agile is all about. The methods and techniques are described in a simple way to understand language and in this regard, this book forms a useful collection of recipes for people wanting to try out many of its agile methods and techniques.

There are some people who perhaps think that there is no need of project management methods these days. That either Agile don't require them, or Agile is somehow incompatible with them. Those people will also benefit from this book because it clearly shows how agile methods which were never designed for project management can be combined with an international project management methodology to help leverage the strengths of both.

Very Sound Overview of Agile

This book does a great job using real life examples. For people just starting out, learning about agile and scrum, this book is a great place to start.AC This isn't really a "moving" book, but rather a great concept book followed by practical guidelines and tips for these methodologies.

Helpful Book!!!

This book offers a pragmatic and indisputable clarification of a technique that accomplishes a perfect harmony between the guidelines and visibility required for perfect venture administration, and the quick pace, change and strengthening given by agile and it's processes.

I really like this Book much

This book was very interesting! It provided a lot of information. Agile Project Management & Scrum was something I never even heard of until I read the book. I really think this book is perfect for something who is going into business or management. I highly recommend this book! 5 stars all across the board. This book is not boring at all either like some books out there that are formal. I received this product for free in an exchange for a review. These are 100 percent my own words.

Saves a lot of time

It is a good book for any apprentice to Agile Project Management, regardless of the possibility that you know about conventional project administration. My first look into Agile managment and I can already see why they like it better than just the orginal methods of project management. It makes a lot of sense, and you can really learn and utilize the skills of many people.
