Lovely bedtime flows

You can choose between 2 minutes to 30! Whatever you need to prepare for sleep this program has. I love the variety

Not a good bedtime flow

instructor was good, but the flow was not a bedtime flow. You should not be trying to generate heat before bed. Standing postures for bedtime are a no-no, chair before bed is a no-no, warrior 1,2 and reverse, also no-nos for bedtime. This is supposed to be a bedtime routine, not a morning or mid-day routine... I dont want to hear you say "hold it.... you got it... keep it up... etc..." before bed. I should hear "let it go... it's bedtime... it's time for rest now... etc..."

Don't do this expecting a wind down flow. It is not wind down.

My go to on the road

I love the series. Peter’s voice is so soothing and helps me unwind and relax.

I keep audible for it!

Love the number of titles in the morning and evening yoga series. I enjoy the morning series during the way, usually not morning, and the evening after a jog or bike session to stretch out or later in evenings after work. Keep coming back for more as my yoga studio is closed due to covid. I have not had a evening yoga class that asks for building heat or difficult non yin poses like others have had.

can't love this enough!

I always enjoy these yoga audiobook episodes. make it easy to get a calming session in whenever, not just before bed. highly recommend!

Overall I really enjoyed part two.

There are a few classes or rather instructors that aren't really clear on the position they want you in or adding chants that aren't really needed in my opinion when all you want to do is the yoga so you can get ready for bed. There are also a few "classes" that seem like they'd be a better fit for a morning or afternoon practice rather than before bed.

I'm crossing my fingers that do a part 3.

I can’t live without Bedtime Yoga

This is a perfect unwinding yoga practice! The many variations available to choose from keep me coming back. All the voices are ideal for evening practice: soothing, relaxing. Thanks to all all the instructors in MoveWith, you bring calm into this hectic world.
