Beautiful Book for Audio
I have read and enjoyed the print book, but the Audio Version is an even more enriching experience. The Intro read by the author really sets the engagement. Then relax into the content as an inspirational story is read to you, with direct application to bringing music into your own life. A treasure.

This book has given me a deeper relationship with music
I would not have expected to go on this journey with the author on an exploration of music and how it relates to so many things around us, from science to our emotions. The “movements” are inspirational, when the author talks about how athletic performance can be enhanced with music it reaffirmed something I had always believed. Some of the information in movement 2 will be implemented in how we raise our child.
What a wonderful experience! Highly recommend to anyone that wants a deeper relationship with their music.
