Awesome Book

Been wanting to improve my knowledge in product management tools and this set 0f books came in handy. I am still reading the kanban book but the first two were quite decent and helpful in my learning mission.

One more spectacular book

This is a very inspirational and practical book for organizations that want to increase their agility. It provides many examples, stories, and anecdotes from the author and other agile practitioners. Highly recommended if you're looking for ideas to help teams and organization to adopt agile in a way that it helps them in increase results and deliver value. I like how the book focuses on people, as people are the ones that will make the change, can drive change, and will make changes stick in organizations. Practices and processes can be helpful, but it's up to the people to pick the ones that will be suitable to solve their problems and that can help them to do a better job.

it is an interesting subject matter

It is an interesting subject matter but found the writing to be a bit borish at times but overall a decent read if relevant. I received this item at no charge in return for my honest review, which I have provided here. All opinions are my own and not effected by the cost of the item.

A pretty solid starter guide

Agile project management appreciates the importance of all facilities and does not undermine any filed of expertise. This makes everyone feel valued and therefore, they give their best. Further, teams in agile project management are autonomous, giving each member a sense of freedom even when that freedom, comes with responsibility. I’d consider this book as one of the best resource book just due to content it contains.
This book contains basics of the agile project management including sections on how to make each employee own the project and take responsibility for its success

Lovely

I got this book, because we use it at work in the IT field. It is one of the training books that we have to read for the job. The chapters are well organized. I like how it gives a history and layout of the basics in the beginning of the book. It was a good basis of how to preform agile in the work place and has provided a building block for me at work.
