Full of usable tips for a life of peace

There is so much wisdom in this book that it took me a while to get through it because I wanted to stop and contemplate what I had just heard and work the exercises from the accompanying PDF (you have to email the author for them). By applying the tools laid out in this book in my daily life, the “whispered lies” don’t hold power over me anymore. I am able to see the truth in situations and not go to extremes in my head, which caused stress, worry and distress. Everyone should have this audiobook, or the physical book if they want to live a life of peace. It’s money well spent for the priceless gift of serenity.

Awesome, practical advice you can use today!

Read the book when it first came out and was excited about the audible version. I was not disappointed! Hearing the words brought another dimension to the material - companion PDF alone was worth the purchase. A must read or hear for anyone struggling with negative mindsets.
