Publisher's summary

The city of Celum is not much like Liscor at all. While Erin is surrounded by familiar, human faces, she’s far from home and without her inn.

At the same time, a certain ill-tempered Lyonette is squatting in Erin’s inn, and Goblins are on the move. The Goblin Lord’s threat reaches across the entire region, and the Redfang tribe has rallied against him with the Floodplains tribe, although their Chieftains do not agree on some crucial matters....

The continent of Izril is rife with change as a young man named Laken Godart finds himself lost like all the others. Being naturally blind does not increase his odds of survival, either, but with luck, he might survive the winter.

This winter, there is only snow, Goblins, magic, and iambic pentameter.

I've been hooked since the first book!

Andrea Parsneau is amazing! I love the story line and that the author has created this entire "alternate" world. The story, combined with the performance, makes this series addictive.

I cannot wait for the next installment.

A frustrating but good book.

Imagine spending all day thinking about going to your favorite pizza place, but when you finally get there, they are only serving sushi. It’s really good sushi, but man, you really wanted pizza.

That’s how I feel about this book. Story was great, narration is spectacular, but I really wanted to spend more time with the people I had met in the previous books.

Fantastic journey!!!!!!!

When I first started this journey, I had my doubts. This is not normally the type of book I like. After doing some research it is not really a book, it a online type of book. Seem the author partnered with Podium or Audible to make this happen. Anyhow, I am at a loss for words. I could not stop listening to this book. I finished it in 4 days. Book 1,2 and now 3 has me taken. I want more now!!!! However seem I have to wait as this book just came out. I am so very excited to continue on this journey and hope it may last a long long time.

So the good and the bad

The voice acting is amazing, I will never not love Andrea Parsneau breathing life into this world.

My one major gripe with this book is that....It cuts off part way through volume three. Volume four wasnt out yet when I finished this one and so I want to try and read Volume 4 on the wandering inn site....annnnnd....I was lost. I got 11 chapters in and was just floundering trying to understand missed references and plotlines they hadnt spoke of.

I just assumed the author did a bit of a time jump until I finally hit a point where I want "Okay there has to be something im missing." Sure enough...Audio book 3 cuts off around Chapter 25 in volume 3....There are 42 chapters in that volume.

Apparently audiobook 4 picks up where this left off but it was still baffling to me. Unless they wanted to start splitting it up into more volumes because chapters were getting longer? Still. If you want to know why this one is only 37 hours as opposed to the previous one being 60+ this is why. You are missing half the volume.

a must read.

it was fascinating from start to finish. like the first 2 wondering inn books.
loved it
I was listening to this and my husband who doesn't even read book got so interested he bought the series for himself.
my favorite part is when the Bloodfang Goblems helped the humans with the battle of the undead and scared off Toren. and another is the part when Aaron had the cast do the play Frozen with Syrias help of course. . I already bought the fourth book and can't wait to get started. the narrator was still great as usual in the wonderful world of the book that made all the characters their own

Another masterpiece by PirateAba.

I love this series so much. It's like comfort food for the ears and mind. I can't get enough of this series and I always end up binging every new volume that comes out. This book was no exception. The hardest part is when the book is over and the long wait for the next one begins.
