A Great Starting Point For Self-Adjustment
I purchased this book a few months ago and I have listened to it many times. It's very good practical information that can quickly be applied so you can start seeing results.
Being a student of the mind, this book was right up my alley. The reader is entertaining too. I did speed his voice up though to make it sound more natural to me.
Last point, if you're serious about changing who you are then you must do the work. You won't take a magic pill to become more alpha. You have to do the work required and you will see results. Thanks Sean!

Just couldn't get through it
The description of what he was trying to convey wasn't coming across well, the performance sounded like the car was halfway through trying to take a shit and extremely narcissistic. He could've found someone better to perform this book, I'm glad it was only five bucks I didn't lose much and gained absolutely nothing

What would have made The Alpha Male's Guide to Mastering the Art of Body Language better?
Too much focus on the early chapters on getting you excited and motivated about the alpha male body language but little was written about the actual postures. I wish there was more.
