What an amazing book! Rina Mcnally takes you step-by-step, through the intricacies of validation, and the human need for connection. It's a book everyone can learn from, no matter what aspect of life you are trying to improve. For any context in which you interact with others (work, school, family, romantic relationships), you will enance your ability to connect. I loved it!

Some practical advice

Do this, do that. Some blanket statements. Although there were some practical suggestions - others was already aware of. It is a communication book and I am a man so don't take my word for it.
