Gives hope to survivors

This book not only defined psychological abuse , but it gave hope and practical advice for survivors. The journaling was necessary for me so I never break "no contact". I am going to purchase this book in print form as it will be a good future reference. The narrator was very good as well as calming.

Empowering

This book was very empowering for me. I have been in a toxic relationship for the last 20 plus years and thought it must be me. How can so many people agree with him and it not be me. IT IS NOT ME!!!! I put this on a list of books for my therapist to share with others having the same issues I have had. I am healing, I worry less, I am strong and bold again. I am finding myself and won't ever let anyone make me doubt myself again.

The best book on the subject...

I’ve read 20+books on this topic. This is by far one of the best. Her second book is on Financial Abuse, it’s a gem as well. I wish every young woman would read this around the age of 17.
