I would highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone (effected or not) as it helped save me from a major mistake I was about to make. I also recommend family members/friends of those suffering from narcissistic abuse so they can better understand what is going on in our lives, our heads, etc. The author breaks down very easily and in detail the abuse and how it effects one.
