wonderful resource

This is a magnificent resource for helping with narcissistic abuse and surviving it. Many of the resources listed in this book I have personally found on my own before hearing about it in this book. Many others have been very helpful and this book was so insightful!

This book explains and encourages, provides resources and hope. I added bookmarks and will re-listen to sections as I need to.

This book tops the cake i was dealing with a narc for 2 years and he would blame me for why our friendship wasn’t good anymore, would drag me back in when I would try to move on from him, then I got fed up and told him I was done!!!!! This book describes his behavior I loved it and it helped me feel better due to the trauma
