Well worth it. This is a tool to pump you up to make healthy choices. I used to follow Kaelin on social media and have known about her book right as she published it. Now I finally had a moment to dive into the material. Highly recommend for weight loss.

Amazing

Great Narrating
Sometimes, I struggle keeping focus with audible books. However, Kaelin is awesome at keeping your attention and has so much energy. The material is also educational and worth it. However, I wish I could have purchased the physical copy so I could see the cheats and recommended foods.
