Wow, from beginning to end Jamie's words spoke to my soul!

I am a better person for reading this book and that is saying something because I read and listen to alot of this genre. I laughed, I cried, I let go of some things and I recommitted to others.

I challenged myself to lead with love and most important I finally found a hook that stuck for getting me out of my own head, -what I appreciate appreciates. I have heard that said hundreds of times but I have never applied it to my inner voice. Now I have words and not just words but a tool to help me label the madness that is my inner critic and exchange it for something that sheds light on my gifts and cheers on my desire to give to the world.
