the truck was very important to and I plan to reread it I also plan to go after 3 eccentric certification which I think would be very helpful to my clients since I have a yoga instructor

Stay fit and flexible for a lifetime!

I had never heard of this author but being 65 years old, the title caught my eye.....as I have felt myself getting more stiff with age even though I walk regularly. This exercise routine is a totally new approach....geared to make you stronger and more flexible. I ended up buying one of her seasons on DVD also and am so excited to be adding this to exercise regimen of walking and using the elliptical. The author is extremely knowledgeable in how the body works down to the cellular level.....it all makes sense. Thank you Miranda!
