Good insights and fantastic hints towards a healthier life

The book is very straightforward ref. to why we get sick. Diseases appear also based on decisions made about eating and drinking. Certainly everything we do should be checked whether is good or bad for our lives. It does not mean the author owns the truth. However there is a sense of solid search behind the statements. We all know that longevity is tied to health and vice versa. Therefore, our understanding of what is good or bad is key to have a better life. I liked the book very much. Congratulations!!!

Great!

David Sinclair is a magnificent person I have to say. He is an inspiration to me and my future plans. I plan on going into doing the same type of research. The work is phenomenal as he narrates his own work and provides us a wonderful amount of relevant information to the topic.
I got a glimpse with this book into the man behind all this work and I have to say I admire his optimism, but fails to see several things. He has also given me many other things I would have not though about on my own.
Hopefully one day I am able to meet this man and have a discussion with him.

Interesting insights into cuting-edge research

The science part is really good, but the nutrition recommendations are sometimes contradicting and confusing.

Just read Lifespan instead

Most of the book has already been covered by your high school biology class, the rest may as well be a dumbed down version of "Lifespan" but with more focus on nutrition and less cutting edge solutions explored with less depth

Scientific base for healthy life and eating

My opening ears to change for better ways to eat and prolong healthy life. Choosing more natural products vegetables, fruits, vitamins supplements, scientific proven tests, and recipes. A lot of good advice to prevent sooner elderly affections.

One of the best science based health books I have read

Amazing insights and clear explanations are the hallmarks of this MUST read. It convinced me to make changes to my diet and life that no one else has ever done. Wonderful book and following the recommendations in it I have lost 24 pounds in the last month

Worth the listen

I appreciated that The author is a medical man who has done a deep dive researching a very complex area. He brings many different discoveries to the foreground. worth remembering is that this was last revised in 2018. So it's missing some years of innovation, and this area moves very quickly. So he's missed out the discovery that telomeres can be extended using hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy. Unfortunately he's very pro vaccines, despite the non pharma sponsored research proving that vaccines are far more detrimental to our health than helpful.

Amazing book! An eye opener & an inspiration!

Absolutely loved the book. Published in 2018 it has a set of recent research on how to reverse aging. Lots of knowledge on biology and interesting data about the world around us, make it a thrilling read! 100% recommended.
