Both narrator were amazing! You can feel the raw emotions! Joe Arden went above and beyond!!! He took those raw emotions and brought them to life!! The story was amazing.

Dislike? There is NOTHING to dislike about this story.
I have reread this book at least 3 times. It never gets old, and holds a special place in my heart.

The voice actors did such an amazing job bringing these characters to life. The raw emotion they portray made me fall in love with this read even more! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
OH! And it’s a DUET! Double +!

JESCIE HALL - YOURE KILLIN ME!!! This book had a stranglehold on my heart the entire time!!! There were so many parallels between the story and my personal life that really struck a chord with me.
I was SO FRUSTRATED with Nicole for a lot of the book - I found myself screaming at her, but she finally got her head right! 🤣
Hawke brought me to tears SO MANY TIMES - I think a lot of us have known men so tragically broken and thirsty for unconditional love.
JOE ARDEN added so much anguish and quiet passion to Hawke’s character. My heart swelled & broke a thousand times. Every woman NEEDS a Hawke. I loved EVERY second of this book!!!

I would listen to Joe Arden read anything. Still, this was a fun read/listen.

I was worried I would not like this book because **Spoilers** I'm not a fan of the cheating trope. But Jescie Hall has a way of writing these beautiful stories about these broken people and you can't help but fall in love with the story. Cole is someone who thinks she's ready to settle down with Patrick, her long time bf, until she meets the brooding Hawke. We go through the story of Cole and Hawke getting to know each other and ultimately making a connection to one another, meanwhile finding out that Patrick is not who he says he is.

The narrators were amazing. Avery Caris is becoming one of my favorites to listen to, and she did Cole so well! She made me feel the emotions of the character. Joe Arden never fails to amaze me with the many voices he can switch back and forth with. Both narrators were amazing together!

Also blue nose audio is just cranking out one amazing audiobook after another and Hawke was no different. the quality is so good compared to other audiobooks done by other publishing companies. Now I cannot wait for Kid to be released later this month!

I read this book months ago and the audio definitely does it justice. The story is phenomenal and the voice actors matched so well with the characters. I loved it!
