Incredible Audiobook

My Favorite Girl is the prequel to My Favorite Sin by Skyla Summers. We are introduced to Dan and Ally in My Favorite Girl. Dan’s father is dating Ally’s mother, but from the moment Dan is introduced to Ally he knows there is something special about her.

I have been following Skyla on social media for awhile just keeping my fingers crossed her books would eventually come to audio. Let me just say, it was absolutely worth the wait! Holy smokes this book had all of the taboo deliciousness I love when it comes to a step sibling romance. So much angst, “innocent” touches, plus I absolutely adored Dan and Ally. Ally brought out a different side to Dan that was sweet and caring towards Ally. In turn, Dan was able to help Ally with her confidence. This book just left me wanting more in the best way, so I can’t wait for My Favorite Sin in audio.

Speaking of audio, My Favorite Girl is narrated in duet by Heather Firth and Anthony Palmini. I can’t imagine a better cast to bring this one to life. Heather captures Ally’s shy innocence perfectly! Anthony did a fantastic job bringing Dan’s charming and charismatic personality to life. Since this story takes place over several years, both narrators did a great job portraying Dan & Ally’s character growth.

Sweet

This was a great intro to the series! I really liked the two MCs. They met through their parents dating and eventually became step siblings. Their parents are high profile and they have an image to uphold. For four years they tried to keep their distance. She is a musician with dreams of Juilliard and he is the bad boy who makes his money playing poker. She is his Queen of Hearts. ♥️

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this taboo, spicy, romance! 😮‍💨 Sweet, innocent Ally meets bad-boy Dan. Their forbidden, soon-to-be–step-sibling romance had the perfect slow burn, full of yearning, tension, and just enough spice to tease. Then that cliffhanger hit, leaving me desperate for more! I cannot wait for the next audiobook and the full-burning spice it’s clearly building toward! 🔥🔥🔥😮‍💨
-The duet narration was top tier by two of my favorite narrators. Heather Firth as Ally and Anthony Palmini as Dan. They both did a phenomenal job as always! I’m hoping they are narrating the next audiobook in this series as well!
