Holy hot , I am dead! This was freaking HOT! I mean scorching, burning, scalding feeling hot and I’m in LOVE!!! Harleigh and Leigh just smashed out a MM romance that was an inferno of lust, hate, love and dirty, dirty, dirty desire. Cole and Blaise were incredible! Their past was so intertwined with the present and created the most delicious plot line that I sucked this up!!!! Character development was freaking phenomenal and relational development was the most insane enemies to lovers with a side of tasty taboo!!! This is one of the best books I’ve ever read! Narration was freaking amazing! Gahhhhh, talk about a killer MM🥵🥵🥵🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

All right so let’s get wind and clear. I was not emotionally or physically prepared for this roller coaster of a book because wow it was crazy and had me wanting to throw my phone across my room. The ending was phenomenal. Amazing but OMG was there points in the book where I just wanted to give up. Because I felt so emotionally for these characters the writing is so beautiful. I loved every instant and I’m so glad I read this book. Thanks, TikTok.Lol

Listening to Cole and Blaise’s story adds a whole new layer to the experience—hearing it out loud pulls you straight into their heads, making every moment hit that much harder. The narration captures their emotions so vividly, it’s like living the story with them. The spice? Filthy in the best way. And the angst? Had me wanting to wrap them both in a blanket.

Yes, the book has its quirks—some offbeat metaphors and a bit of British slang—but honestly, it just adds to the charm. I went in thinking Cole was going to be my favorite, but Blaise completely caught me off guard. Watching him slowly lean into his truth without flinching felt so satisfying. There are definitely some wtf moments, but Blaise’s brand of chaos balances perfectly with Cole’s darker edges.

Highly recommend if you love morally grey characters, twisted dynamics, and the kind of story where someone’s chasing their stepbrother through the woods and you’re rooting for it.

I absolutely Love this book! I own the physical book and was in an audiobook slump, so I downloaded this gem 🥰 And it did not disappoint. The toxic love hate between these two is addictive. The blood play, the masked chases, the degradation…and then the soft, sweet words of admiration 😍 It’s everything a lover of dark romance could ask for. Not to mention the other characters trying to mess with their relationships getting what’s coming to them…don’t eff with my boys!! 😎

Oh my God, this was such a sick and twisted dark MM romance that delivered everything I love: stepbrothers, first times, bi- awakenings, and so much aching angst. At first, Cole comes across as the mean, angry brother, always at odds with Blaise, the supposed perfect son. But when you push someone to the edge, you’re bound to see their most unhinged self emerge—and that’s exactly what happens here.

The narrators did an incredible job bringing this story to life—I was totally hooked. The only thing that pulled me out of the story was the constant spicy scenes that involved unprotected sex, which felt unrealistic and jarring at times, especially given how partners were practically shared.

Beyond that, the plot was captivating: it’s not just the explosive tension between Cole and Blaise, but also the issues with the football team, the manipulative girlfriends, and Cole’s abusive father lurking in the background. It was a wild ride from start to finish—sometimes a little too wild, but still such a great read. I definitely recommend it for dark romance lovers!
