I’d even take a boring death like simply dying in my sleep from a brain aneurysm or even an early onset heart attack.

Anything.

I’d take any other way other than this...

The way the narrators played each character specially Joe Arden … just wow!!!

The story was good just a little sad at the ending I wish she will speak again!

I liked this way too much

cant wait for the next one. Hopefully it's released soon. the perfect mixed of spice and plot.

Obsessed!!

Okay I'm going to need to see some more hype about this book, because WOW. The mystery, the revenge, the spice = 10/10! I love all of these characters so much! And I was shocked at some of the plot twists! While this does end on a cliffhanger, I cannot wait to read the next book because this one had me in a chokehold!

Audiobook:
The audio for this is duet narration performed by Heather Firth and Joe Arden. They both did an amazing job! At times, you wouldn't even know that there was only one male narrator because the voices for each character were so different and perfect. I would definitely re-listen to this in a heartbeat!

Ruby M Darling has written a beautifully dark academic romance with equally amazing narration. I was on the edge of my seat with the suspense and completely invested in the characters. Heather Firth and Joe Arden were perfection in this audio. There were several moments where I had goosebumps listening to these two talented voices actors.

Dark Academia Why Choose Deliciousness with Outstanding Audiobook Narration!

This audiobook is absolute dark academia Why Choose deliciousness! Speak is the first book in Ruby M. Darling’s Rayne-Moore University duet. This is my first time reading Ruby M. Darling, but I can guarantee it will not be the last. She intricately weaves plot and character together in such a way as to wholly ensnare the reader and keep them riveted to the story. I was 100% invested in this story straight from the opening prologue and completely obsessed with it by the gut-renching cliffhanger at the end. Raven is one of the strongest FMCs I’ve ever come across. And Damon, Jonas, and Maverick are all equally fascinating MMCs, each of them deliciously unhinged in their own way but all utterly devoted to Raven. This story is richly layered in a complexity designed to keep you guessing and on the edge of your seat. And the characters, though definitely OTT, are all real and so intriguing that you cannot help but become invested in their lives and in their emotions. I am anxiously awaiting the audiobook for Stutter, the second book in the series.

The duet-style narration for this riveting dark romance is provided by the Uber-talented duo of Heather Firth and Joe Arden. Heather Firth’s emotional performance of Raven is nothing short of genius, flawlessly portraying this character’s strengths, vulnerabilities, and trauma, enabling this mute woman to speak volumes. And Joe Arden is, as always, outstanding in his impassioned portrayal of Damon, Jonas, and Maverick, playing these OTT characters to perfection and delivering three totally distinct characters in such a way that the listener has no problem immediately knowing which character is speaking. He has a way of making you completely forget that the same man is voicing all three characters. Heather and Joe’s voices and narration styles mesh perfectly to bring this incredible story to life.

Outstanding

Joe Arden delivers his best performance yet. The plot is gripping from start to finish, and the steamy, well-crafted scenes bring each character vividly to life.

I dont know where to start~ this story has everything, unique and detailed characters, suspense, spice and it left me wanting more! I literally cannot wait for #2! I must add that the narration performance was perfection~ thank you Joe Arden...Lastly I MUST say, Jonas is EVERYTHING ♡

The best Narration ever !!!

The narrators did a unbelievable job, had me simping over every word.

The author dose a slight rewind of the story with each chacaters perspective, I liked it at first but at about half way through the book it's getting a bit monotonous.
The story is absolutely fantastic enthralling I an hooked.
