Seriously!!! Omg such an amazing book but man am I impatient to hear book two. Andi and Joe did so freaking well with this and really made this book come to life!

Best audiobook I have listen to this year. I got goosebumps at the end. I am looking forward to the next part. I loved the story but the narrators made this story f’nk awesome!

Joe Arden was such a perfect pick for Dax. I’m usually not a wolf-shifter reader, but this story had me listening and paying attention the whole time. I have been kicking my feet and talking to myself through this whole book. Part 2 can’t come sooner!

I devoured this book! The story kept me close until the end. The narration was 🥵. I swear Joe Arden could read a phone book and I would listen! Can't wait to start the next one.

I feel like the author didn’t do the best job in describing how the two main characters fell in love, it was all instant. Boom. Mates. Pregnant. I just don’t like it like that but that’s just a preference. The storyline is still very good and interesting. Wouldn’t reread.

I thought the story was great. I thought the narrators did excellent. their voices were excellent. his voice was very sexy. I did get a little annoyed with her bratty behavior because at some point it's not cute. It was perfectly spicy! 🔥 And I'm a high spice girl! 😜 can't wait to listen to the second one 😜

Not only is this the best book ever written. The narration is perfect. Joe and Andie in my opinion are the best duo. The steamy parts are out of this world. The action scenes are nail biting situations.

I just don’t understand why most of the story have the girls test so much. Specially when the girl would put a powerful alpha in a dangerous position. I love banter and teasing but this was more annoying. I like female narrator but I feel like she definitely don’t match him and feel like she was reading to fast. Joe was absolutely amazing I felt I wanted more of him than her. Joe put everything into this performance.

This book had very little plot but a whole lot of spice—definitely a 5/5 on the heat scale. The FMC is bratty, constantly defying everyone, and while that added tension, the lack of real communication quickly became frustrating. The relationship dynamic leaned heavily into toxic territory.

The MMC is broody, demanding, and controlling, which fit the fantasy-romance vibe, but at times felt a little over the top. Still, the narration kept me engaged—the male voice was deep and seductive, perfect for the character, while the FMC’s voice worked well for a 21-year-old, though I didn’t enjoy her “wolf voice” at all.

Overall, it was an okay listen. Not one I’d add to my favorites, but it delivered exactly what it promised—an intense, spicy fantasy with an over-the-top dynamic.
