A Complete Feral Obsession!

YALL! Hear me when I say this, l.am.absolutely FERAL for this story and these characters!! I recently read Beautiful Fiend, by a new to me author, and good gods! I am Obsessed. And Why?! Why did I wait so long to dive into this book?!?

This story quickly became one of my top dark romance reads of 2024! Giving me all the feels, the genuine hate to love, living in their all consuming interactions, and the beautiful moments of swoon buried in the depths of the darkness. I loved it all.

The characters in this story are well developed and complex, they exemplify enemies to lovers, coming from two different "crews" and the tension between them is out of this world!!

It ripped at my heart strings watching them both fight and claw to escape the lives that they were born into, and to then see moments of hope utterly shattered.

The audiobook performances by Heather Firth and Corvin King were AMAZING!! I can't wait to continue on in this interconnected standalone series!

This story had me hooked in the first 5 minutes and it never stopped. It's one of those books that's impossible to pause. The MFC is a badass and I loved her courage. The MMC is completely unhinged and I loved him. This is definitely a dark read so check the trigger warnings. If you like dark books, go ahead and download. It's a fun ride.

That was a wild ride! Agreed with most that the hate to love of Caden was an actual thing. I wish it would have started a bit earlier but the story was sooo dynamic and Billie was a bad ass! A lot of savagness here. Enter at your own. #dark🙃

This book was so good! I’ve been seeing it all over Tiktok O i decided to give it a try and OMG…this is what i want when i think of enemies to lovers. Absolutely loved Caden and his craziness and how Billie just accepts and adds to it

Holy sh*t this was amazing

This book was literal perfection. If you like lights out, any rina Kent or dark stalker romances, this one’s for you. I’ve heard great things about book two and can’t wait to listen to it. The female narrator bugged me at first but I ended up liking her. The male narrator was amazing. I could listen to him alllll day. Caden King will forever be the top notch book BF.

Adorably messed up

Absolutely love these two. You don’t want to love Caden King but omg you have to. Unhinged boy turns adorable once he finally falls head over heels. Even if you expect them to end up together at the end, the odds are so against them you FEEL it in your bones. This was a bit deviant, yet somehow light hearted. Honestly realistic friendships/relationships throughout the story that didn’t feel forced. Really enjoyed this and adore this couple. Narration was spot. On.

I will always listen to this man's books no matter what they are, but this was a good listen and not your run of the mill story. It took different turns that I didn't see coming, and I'm on to the next book in the series! Thanks for another amazing listen!! Heather did a really great job too!! Loved Little B, but Corvin will always be my 🤴 👑 king!❤️💋 Property of Corvin King, lol!
