Thank you

Honestly, liked the book. Just wished there was more. I felt like it was too short. I want to learn so much about after cesarean recovery and exercise. Not only for myself but for future client's ill be working with since I'm on the fitness industry. Over it was a great book tho! Will be listening to it again.

Vital for Pregnant and Postpartum Women

Pelvic floor health is massively ignored or never taught in the US (IMHO). Did you know some countries get 10-12 sessions with a pelvic floor specialist as part of postpartum care??? Learn this and MUCH more in just a few short hours. I look forward to reading books 1 and 3 as well.
