Meera naav ban sakti hai. Meera ke shabd tumhe doobne se bachaa sakte hain. Unke sahare par us paar ja sakte ho.

Is pravachan me Osho manovaigyaniko ka satik visheshan karte hain.Dusro ki madad karte-karte ve khud ki madad karna bhool jate hai. Asli dhyan hai man ki halchal ke prati jagna. Na to usame ulajhna, na usase bhagna. Jagne ka sutra hai sakshi banna. karke dekhem, bahut anand milega.

Osho describes love as transformation. It is painful because it transforms and transformation is going to be painful because the old has to be left for the new. While the old is familiar, secure, safe, the new is absolutely unknown. With love we will be moving in an uncharted ocean.

According to Osho striving for perfection is the root cause of all neurosis. We try to be perfect, we want our partner and our children to be perfect our pets and our projects all to be perfect and in so doing we create life-long inner tension. Yadi aap jivan me atma-kranti chahte hai to apani sari bhulo ka, apni samasyao ka uttardayitva lo. Dusro par dosh madhne se kuch hasil na hoga. Manovigyan aur dharm me yahi phark hai. Manovigyan apani manasikta ke liye dusre ko doshi manta hai, aur dharm svayam ko. Pashchim ahamkar ko majbut karta hai aur purab ahankar ko mitata hai. Yadi tum jimmedar ho to hi vikas ki sambhavna banti hai.

Is pravachan me Osho kahte hai ki paramatma ki purani dharna ab kaam nahi aayegi. Usase upar uthkar dhyan me utarna chahiye tabhi jivan ka arth samajh mei ayega. Ishvar ko upasthiti ki bhanti samjhe, vyakti ki bhanti nahi.

Buddha ke ye sutra hame jagne ke liye prerit karte hai. Ve kahte hai jo bhi soye-soye ji raha hai vah maut me ja raha hai aur jo jagkar ji raha hai vah amrit path par chalne laga. Bhitar jagte hi uska pata chalta hai jo mit hi nahi sakta.
