Excellent Narration, Content and Color
First let me say that I loathe reading self help books and diet books are included in that cohort. I found this audible book well worth the time and cost. The narrator was terrific and really expressed the nuances intended by the author in what is a fact filled journey. This audible book basically turned something that I would normally not read, or not read in it's entirety, into something that I am contemplating doing now that I have the education provided by the author. Well done!
