An amazing NEW way to weight loss

This is a new way of looking at life, not just a diet book. I gained a couple of nuggets of insight that will stick with me for a long time. It is a hopeful, and realistic way of approaching anything, not just weight loss. LOVED the concept. You kind of have to figure out the application on your own, which is okay, but I felt I could have used a little more insight as to how mini habits look in practice for different people...

You won’t regret it!

This book is very well-written with lots of articles from scientific journals to back up its claims. I learned a lot and highlighted so much because the information was invaluable! Before this book, I wasn’t knowledgeable about nutrition but now I feel like I know a whole lot more. I have made considerable changes to my lifestyle and mode of thinking thanks to this book. I also adopted several mini habits successfully. I will read another book by this author. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could! ⭐️

BOOM!

His first book on Mini Habits resulted in a clean, clutter-free house for me and now this book is introducing better food choices in my diet. The mini habit approach works and I'm very grateful for all the research and hard work that went into these books to give us the bottom line in a clear, concise format.

The book is easy to digest.

The author's humor is funny and well-executed where it doesn't distract from the book. Ironically, he talks a lot about his daily writing habit which he used to write the book, and it's apparent that his practice pays off with his ability to write clearly. The book is very short, but I appreciate that he didn't try to fluff it up just to make it longer (any longer and it probably would've started getting repetitive since the concept is simple).

This book gives easy and tangible strategies for not just taking the easy way out but building a new and healthy lifestyle. If you’re looking for a quick weight-loss transformation, this isn’t the book. Last "Diet Book" Ever

I have lost weight in increments and kept it off by making small lifestyle changes. Now I prefer the good stuff and don't feel guilt when giving in to the bad. Especially when I am mindful of how it makes my body feel. I am so loving energy and feeling great that is my preference. He just put it in a book. Recommend!

Finally!

Finally, someone writes about the real issues in losing weight. It's relatively easy to lose weight, but it is extremely difficult to keep it off. It becomes a constant battle within ourselves and we continue to feel deprived. Eventually, we gain it all back plus some. This book gives us the tools to change our lives and quit this vicious cycle. I am excited to implement it in my life. Everyone who ever wanted to lose weight, and keep it off, should listen to this book.

Worth it for just that

This shows the usual diets as the sham that they are and offers habits you can adopt for a lifetime. Time will tell if it works, seems you still need a bit of motivation to change your habits. But, it makes total sense and I have hope.
