Fasting made Simple

This book is an accumulation of information on how to reach weight and health Goals, I have read many books on fasting and loved how complete this book is. She prepares you for different escenarios sharing her tips and giving you mental clarity on how to deal with fasting in the real world.

After this book I am committing to a Paleo Way of eating, I will definitely try some or all of the recipes provided with the PDF.

Informative with a lot of #FLUFF

Over all, the content was good. But I felt as though the author put a lot of fluff with constant use of “shout out to”, “with that said”, and hashtags. This seemingly intelligent woman dumbed it up with the overuse of hashtags.

Melanie is Awesome and Wants to Help Others

I love this book! Sarah is reading it really well, so she's channeling Melanie's message perfectly. Thanks Melanie, for helping so many people. I am new to IF, less than a year. Many ups and downs - but listening to your book gives me so much hope. It's not about perfection; at all! IF is a lifestyle and I'm doing it. I wanted to do IF for weight loss, but now I realize it's more about my health. My mom is sick and her health in decline mainly because of her poor lifestyle choices. SO, now I'm mainly doing IF for my health and like Melanie says - the weight loss is a nice by-product.

SUPERB!

This is a fun and comprehensive book detailing the many facets of intermitting fasting. Melanie Avalon does a wonder job with the narration and her slight corkiness keeps it light yet allows her conviction to shine through. I highly recommend this book to anyone remotely considering intermitting fasting.
