Intuitive fasting made me a believer

I wholeheartedly agree with this book concerning the intermittent fast. Performing a 16 hour fast with an 8 hour eating period will help train your body not to be hungry and feel fuller longer. Now mind you, when you eat, it should be heathy. Following a high fat, moderate protein, low carb diet combined with fasting and the gym twice a week has allowed me to lose 30 pounds in 5 months. There is no denying the techniques in this book will work if you discipline your mind first. Do not starve yourself, people. Listen to this audiobook and follow it and you too will be on the fast-track to better health.

Easy to understand and provides practical steps

This book provides great insight into intuitive fasting and how it can help you lose weight and feel great without all the hassles of having to count calories or watch macro or micro ingredients. It's easy to follow along and gives steps to that anyone can do. I'm excited to see how this helps me!

Great Take on Dieting and Weight Loss!

This book was my first introduction to Intuitive Fasting, but I am convinced this is a great method for weight loss! This book has all the facts to understand and implement this dieting style! For anyone looking to try something different, this seems to be the book for you!

Awesome alternative thinking to solve dieting,

Good book with a different perspective. I have just found that intermittent fasting may be a good option for me. I like the chapter on the supplements that may help.

For some of us, this is one of the much-needed books. The information is so clear and concise, and the recipes are great. I definitely recommend this book and hope those who read it gain as much from it as me.

Excellent guide losing weight

I’ve always struggled with trying to keep off extra weight and I’ve had more success recently and this audiobook came at a good time as it was full of many lifestyle oriented goals. I will definitely recommend this book!

Highly recommend this book

Based on solid research the concepts in this book make so much sense. Very motivating as the reasons WHY you are doing this are explained very well and make a lot of sense. I particularly like the reset and recover chapter because I have always thought just continuous dieting ends up failing.... making this such an achievable way of eating. And thankfully there aren't super strict rules like cutting out carbs completely - very sustainable. Narration is easy to listen to. I would recommend this book to everyone wanting something sustainable and effective.

A Diet that Can Truly Work!

I listened to this audiobook thoroughly and plan to re-listen as we approach the new year (and just after having a baby)! This book is excellent and details the benefits of intuitive fasting. I appreciated the discussion in chapter 3, which outlined the biological benefits of intermittent and intuitive fasting and how one can incorporate both to see weight changes and truly fit into those skinny jeans! I can't wait to put this into play. I've already recommended this book to my sisters and friends so we can approach weight loss as a group!

A way to weight loss that make sense

I had never heard of intuitive fasting before. The title was interesting, so I thought I'd give it a try and I'm so glad I did! This way to lose weight really makes sense. I love that this book doesn't just tell us what to not do, but also tells us what to do. There are so many diets that just tell you what you can't have and can't do, so it makes me feel like I'm missing out. But when I look at it from the perspective of what I CAN do, it makes losing weight a whole lot easier.
