Great progression!

I’m still enjoying the series it’s getting better and better that ending just makes me want to hurry up and get the next installment!

Enjoyable tale and excited for what’s to come

An enjoyable tale of a strong mc with many fun battles and twists. Was very good and happy the ending didn’t leave me with a drastic cliffhanger yet still has me yearning to listen to the next one.




Spoilers-

My only confusion was the audio change at the very end of the book. Unsure why the change in voice actor or if my audio was messed up. Though it should be fine.

Great book and great series

From the moment I discovered this series I have thoroughly enjoyed multiple play through of the series.

However the change in voice actors in the epilogue was horrific!!! Please do not let the next audible release be ruined like the Witcher season 4

Voice changes stood out the most

I really enjoyed the story. I have no issues with the progression or characters. However, the voice changes at the end of the book were really jarring. Not with the series jarring, just…different jarring.

Great book

This was another great book in the series. I can’t wait to see what adventures Max has moving forward. I’ll be on Penn and needles for the next one in the series.

It’s good but losing me!

The constant nerfing of the Mc and the don’t threaten my family stuff is getting a little old. He complains about others actions then goes murder hobo when he throws a tantrum. Also the over use of “you and I both know” grates on my nerves. Ignoring that stuff it’s a good book.

Great story telling

I was so excited for this book and it didn't disappoint. The action was great and I was so happy for Bob's return. My only issue is the "don't threaten my family " plot is starting to wear thin. We all get it, he goes savage when his family and friends are threatened. Beyond that, I loved this book.

Please don’t switch narrators

The last chapter, you’ll notice they switch narrators. Idk why but gods please no. I’ll harvest all the ogres balls just keep the original narrator.
