Wonderful

I wasn’t quite sure about continuing the series without RC as the author. I thought it would be hard following her passing. However, I’m glad I continued on. Carrie Ryan continues the series in a spectacular way that I’m sure RC would beam about.

Living On

It is so great that Rachel Caine lives on through her characters. Emily Sutton-Smith is always amazing.

Awesome series.

I could not stop listening. I felt like I was right there in the story.

Good transition of authorship

It’s incredibly sad to hear that Rachel Caine passed away after her battle with cancer. I usually don’t keep up with authors beyond reading their books, so it was heartbreaking to find out at the end of Trapper Road. Carrie Ryan did a wonderful job finishing Rachel’s final book.

Classic Caine

I got hooked on this series several years ago, eagerly awaiting each new addition. Crushed to hear that the author is no longer with us, but this book does her justice. It’s easy to get invested in such interesting characters and exciting story lines. I hope someone continues the series.
