Excellent Book

I pick a lot of books (usually without putting too much effort into selection) as something to listen to and keep me focused during my workday. My job is tedious and detailed and audio books allow me to listen to a good story but also stay more in tuned to my work. I was pleasantly surprised with this book, it kept me very engaged while fitting the pieces together up until the end. I actually grew to like the main character whom I had no real opinions of initially. Definitely recommend this book and I look forward to more by the author.

Such a good book

Can’t wait to see what else this author can do. Tale is gripping and suspenseful. I love the characters. Honestly did the book on audibles in one sitting.

I loved the idea of this book and the book was awesome. Has a great story line and everything fits but, the narrator was awful!! I was list several times because she uses the same voice almost throughout the whole book so it was hard to tell who was who. She sounded very sleepy, not sure I'f that was on purpose or not.
either way the book was great, your better off reading it the. listening to it.

I found an author to add to my favorites list

I enjoyed the story and the characters. I even enjoyed the narration. I read some people didn’t like the narration but I felt Xe’s voice fit the story. This story reminded me of “Gone Girl”, which I also enjoyed. So if you liked “Gone Girl” you might enjoy this one.

Like a good SVU story.

This book will keep you interested and keep you guessing for sure. Plus I thought the narrator was fabulous. I would find myself struggling to find stopping points, because I always wanted to hear more.
