Great Series!

From the first book in the series, Stillhouse Lake, to the last word in Darkwater Lane, I have been in love with the story! The cast is believable, the troubles are terrible, & you can't help but love them all! Ms. Rachel Caine knew how to write a story! Thank you, Carrie Ryan, for picking up the gauntlet & finishing the tale. A must read for everyone who knows even bad things happen to good people! Thank you again & again!

Love this series

I liked this installment of this series. It flowed well and I couldn’t stop listening. I also liked the ending.

this book the whole overall series is absolutely amazing I'm sad to no it's done after book 5 ..the story line from start to finish is great the author really new what the audience wanted never a doll moment

Rachel Caine’s brilliant beginning to Carrie Ryan’s amazing ending

I was really sad originally when I found out this would be the last book but I’ve changed my mind. Fabulous conclusion to an absolute amazing series! Thank you so much Carrie for finishing this series!! You absolutely did it justice!

Perfect Ending

I’m sad that the series is over. But it ended well! The only thing that annoyed me is all the reminiscing/explaining things that happened in the past. I get it though. Sometimes you don’t read books back to back and it is a nice reminder. But sometimes it felt like it was taking too much story time. Overall, was great. I love that they kept the same narrator. She has a great voice and does all the characters well. Carrie Ryan did a great job helping to finish. It was seamless.

What a perfect ending to incredible series!

I didn’t even realize that Rachel Caine had passed away, but they did a wonderful job with this book and Rachel with this series! It is one of my favorite of all time, condolences to her family. She was a gifted writer.

Such the perfect end to this series… Kept me guessing until the very end. Great narration as always, it was enjoyable to see the characters come full circle. Really really enjoyed the series, can’t recommend it enough!

Best Ending of ANY Series I’ve read!!!

I started reading these books because I fell in love with Rachel Caine’s series, Morganville vampires. I didn’t think I would love another series as much but I was wrong. I don’t think they could’ve ended this any better. Rachel Caine is dancing with the angels applauding such an ending!! I’m sad the story has ended, but we can always hope for another. RIP Rachel
