Clear and concise! We know that the root cause of success and failure depends on your self-discipline. This book is a fast-listen packed with practical ways to boost your self-discipline. I highly recommend all his books and this one in particular.

Power to Overcome Procrastination

This book is helpful in covering how to be self-disciplined in all kinds of ways, whether it's for work or your personal life. It helps you learn to use it to not only improve yourself but also improve your work skills and other personal goals, thereby giving you the willpower to do anything you set your mind to.

Impressed with the suggestions on self-discipline!

Keeping yourself under control is made a lot easier when you follow the guidelines in this book. If you put your mind to it, you can do nearly everything. You just need to understand how to focus and concentrate on the right things to accomplish your goals. With more self-discipline, you can even make new goals. I highly recommend this book,

Self Discipline Mastered

]I love that he includes an extensive list of strategies from which you can choose what you need most at any given time. I hope to re-listen to this book periodically as a way to evaluate my personal self discipline and to choose where I need focus next.

Learn how to Gain Self Discipline for Success

The book was very easy to listen to. It gave great information on how to practice and develop self discipline and how to use it in every day life. The part about creating a positive self image was probably the most important part of the book. Without the positive self image, it is impossible to develop self discipline

This book is well worth your time.

Very short and concise book. Many of the techniques presented in the book are known to me, yet it's still very helpful to go through them and think about my daily routines. There is still a lot of room for improvement. For each presented technique Partik suggests clear and simple action steps which make it even easier to implement them.

Has been very useful.

This is the first book that I listen to the subject and at least for me has been very useful. I am applying some of the recommendations in my daily life mostly to organize some tasks that I have been postponed for this book. The book was informative regarding breaking bad habits and establishing new. There was some repetition but this served to embed key content.
