A review from a “non-reader”

Although I love information i want it instantly in a condensed form, therefore I hate taking the time to sit down and read a book. This book really peaked my interest so I decided to purchase the audible version. I digitally could not put the book down which in my case; I could not stop listening. The life lessons are simple yet challenging and brought several things to light that I can begin to work on to be a better friend, co-worker, father and husband - really just a better person in this messed up world. Thank you to the author for not giving up and seeing it through to publish a book that I know will change many lives!

A book for everyone

we all experience hurts and hardship in life. we all have habits and hangups that steal our joy preventing us from experiencing life as God intended. The road to recovery explains how this Christ centered program called celebrate recovery shows us how to address it and find freedom from our past. engaging book to read or listen.

I love this book and enjoyed hearing Johnny Baker's voice as he read through it. This book is life changing, no matter your length of time in your recovery or your involvement in celebrate recovery.

Great book with great insight

loved the book!! I like to hear the narration in the author's voice withbhis/her intended inflections. I think it helps to really drive their points home.

Reading skips. Not sure if book was edited and sold, but it was skipping often. I never got through the first chapter.
