This book was narrated by the author and used many technical terms and words that the average person like me find hard to understand. I was, however, able to get the gist of what she was saying. She definitely has me rethinking how I do nutrition and supplements. She has me thinking how many of the ailments I suffer from could be because of a lack of C15 in my diet. I just ordered her supplement, Fatty C15. It seems legit and I cant wait to get started and hopefully start seeing positive results. I absolutely recommend this book! I learned alot and I am sure you will too.

I have been taking the C15 nutrient for about two months and I definitely feel the results ... more energy, better focus and overall well-being. The book allowed me to understand the vast research that went into the longevity nutrient and why it is so very important to overall well-being.

As a layperson this was a lot of talking about things I knew nothing about BUT I’m excited to give C-15 a try because it sounds like it could possibly address my health issues in a positive way!

Outstanding information... a "Must" listen to IMHO. I normally enjoy books narrated by the author, and this was no exception. Despite getting a little "nerdy/sciencey" at times, Stephanie makes it easy to listen to and for the most part, very understandable. Tons of valuable information. I highly recommend it.

No pdf with audiobook. Loved the science! Would like more on dosage for diabetes, cancer, heart disease, anemia etc. Thanks! Great work!

Giving 5 stars rating as I think it is worth listening to. I am grateful for the work the author performed. Although some of the author's conclusions have contradictions. 

The most important info for me to take from this book is that higher blood levels of C-15 might improve health and function of the cells, reduce HbA1c (possibly by improving beta-cells function)  and reduce GGT blood levels (possibly by eliminating hemochromatosis). I am putting this to the test for 3 months.

Three main faulty assumptions the author is making:
1)  High fat dairy has to be consumed daily, to raise C-15 levels to stay healthy -
- I would like the author to answer how Leila Denmark (famous American pediatrician) saved the lives of thousands of children, was against dairy, lived till 114 and worked till 103. People from all states were bringing their terminally sick dying kids to her and she would reverse their condition. 

2)  Low C-15 blood levels are associated with allergies, autoimmune conditions, and type 2 diabetes -
- I also would like the author to reply why she had allergies to almost all foods if she was consuming a full fat dairy? Also why I never had any allergies my entire life (I am over 60) despite the fact I didn't consume ANY dairy, and how is it that my insulin sensitivity comes out to be about 200%?   Why did my mother and my siblings get autoimmune despite they loved full fat dairy? Also how do Dr.Dean Ornish and Dr. Neal Barnard achieve the reversing arterial plaque and reversing type 2 diabetes (improving insulin sensitivity) in their patients on a low fat diet free from dairy?

3) Omega-3 supplementation does not improve health -
- The author is going through multiple trials/studies proving no health difference in groups taking omega-3 and control groups. But when she talks about C-15 studies, she points out that the blood level for C-15 was measured, and that you have to achieve a certain level to see any positive improvements, just taking C-15 is NOT enough. None of the omega-3 trials however measured omega-3 levels to target a certain level. None of the trails even checked the quality or rancidity of the omega-3 supplements.
