Good space opra

Characters you care about, a story that makes sense and an excellent performance from Arielle.

Edge of the seat Read

Hard to put it down and frustrating to have to wait for the next "chapter."

Please hurry Mr Hamilton!

Good addition to a promising series

Another good space opera and hopefully the author is on his way to a successful series. I liked this book better than the first book. Our hero has matured a bit but still remains a bit of a rogue. Looking forward to the next installment.

If only the main protagonist had a personality

I usually love the author's work, but Samson, or 'our zero', is as 2D as it gets with the personality of an ironing board. I'm so disappointed.

Where are the descriptions of the enemy? I get no sense of them. The science officer woman is almost as bland as Samson. I could go on, but, in the end, I found I just didn't care about any of them. They may as well be robots with a self doubt subroutine.

Continuity

Good story and excellent voice performances. I hope the wait for volume 3 is short.

Good book

First book left me wondering. It now has my interest. Five more words required now.
