Finally, A Sensible Diet Book

I have been looking forward to this book for some time as I follow Dr. Nadolsky on Facebook. This book did not disappoint. It is full of easy to follow, sensible advice- not the woo that other diet books give you. I especially liked the section of the effects of different medicines on weight.

Great book with important information.

I have the privilege of being part of Dr. Nadolsky’s fat loss prescription support group. I have always struggled with my weight without even paying attention to what the real problem was, my eating habits. This book hits it right in the head of the nail.

Nothing I didn't know

I thought this book didn't have anything new to say then any other book like this out there. I thought it was a waste of time to listen to. This book might be good for someone who knows absolutely nothing about health.
