Absolutely Incredible!
My husband and I have always wanted to start canning as we grow a lot of our own foods. However, we have been put off by how much we thought we had to do to start the process. When we were given this book we were hesitant but after listening we are now elated, excited, amazed and impatient to begin this journey right away! We did not know canning can be so simple until we listened to this book. The author did a great job putting this detailed, step by step guide together. Everything you could possible need to know about canning in one audiobook. I'm a complete beginner to the subject so the author has done a brilliant of explaining everything in simplistic terms doing well not to overwhelm people like me who are just starting out. Excellent reading material that is also a pleasure to listen to. I have already learned how to make many recipes. It was a pleasure to "level up" and acquire this knowledge. Correct Canning!
This audiobook illustrated the best canning practices. If further explained, the different types of canning and the appropriate ways to maintain safety when canning. This is just what I needed; when fruits are seasonable, following the guide and the techniques of this book will assist me in preserving my fruits with the canning method illustrated.
My favorite part of this audiobook was all the recipes provided that were suitable for canning and the supplies and equipment needed for this process.

I am really motivated to start!
Like a lot of people who found themselves at home more during the pandemic, I planted a garden. And, frankly, I have more than I can use. I gave a lot away, but canning sounds like a great idea. I learned a lot from this book, and I can't wait to try out everything. I really like the narrator too, btw. Great book!
