The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

Beginner Here
I’ve just begun my herbal medicine journey. This was the first book I purchased. It was the perfect starter book! I adore the narrator and it’s an easy listen. Only problem is I’ve struggled to find another book as good as this. I highly recommend it!

excellent format for beginners
The authors really put together an easy to follow book that breaks down the basics of herbal medicine. My wife and I are new to herbal medicine, and this gave me the confidence and understanding to break down the barrier to entry for me which was the unknown. I'd also recommend the hard copy of the book to use as a reference after listening.
