It was so helpful the hear the specific things I need to do to get my garden going, and how I can maintain a healthy, bountiful supply of fresh foods and herbs for my family in my own backyard. I especially appreciated the part about seed harvesting and seed sharing - very interesting ideas! I will be listening to this a few more times to make sure I have digested all the information. What a treat, not only does this book show you how to grow your own vegetables for free it also goes into how to get or make the tools, helps you identify soil and goes into so much detail on every step of the process, and all suitable for the complete beginner. I also liked the explanation of how gardening benefits you in multiple ways and can add to your mental wellbeing which I found highly motivating.

Having ready-grown, fresh produce in your own backyard is not only rewarding but cost effective instead of running to your local grocery stores.
