Eddie Holden has been foraging for the best part of 3 decades, he's spent his adult years travelling across the United States of America, carefully studying the plants and mushrooms he encounters. His knowledge of wild plants has become extensive as a result. Eddie has been foraging since he was taught to at a young age by his parents, now he has 3 children of his own with his wife Marigold (Lily, Jared and Annabelle). He's already begun teaching them how to forage, they go on frequent trips across America to enrich their knowledge but are settled in North Carolina.
